HARVESTING
When harvest season comes around you can count on Pinnacle Farm Labor, Inc. to get the work done. Our skilled foremen and crews will get the job done fast and efficiently while showing a great quality of. work. Although Lemon, Avocados, Oranges, and Mandarins make up 95% of the crops we harvest, we can and have harvested Grapefruit and Olives. Please reach out if you are in need of your crop harvested even if not listed above.
PRUNING
Pruning is an essential and necessary task that must be done especially in the lemon and avocado crops. Pruning improves the branch set in your trees, it also provides an increase in aeration and light availability. There are many more benefits pruning provides your crop, but ultimately a good prune will yield healthier fruit. Our pruning crews are ready to take on the job! Please reach out for a sample/quote.
GENERAL LABOR
Pinnacle Farm Labor, Inc. also provides general hourly labor for your farm. We can direct our workforce to meet your groves needs. We also provide payroll for a workforce you may already have in place retiring you from the headache that comes with managing managerial/clerical work of employees. Let us know how we can help you!
HAULING SERVICES
Pinnacle Farm Labor, Inc. also provides hauling services to its customers. We independently operate our trucks and during the harvest season, we haul fresh produce from field to packing house. During the off season our rigs keep moving as we work with freight brokers hauling other commodities throughout California. Our trucks are here to serve you!

Pinnacle Farm Labor, Inc. was founded in 2015. Our founding partner has over 30 years in the agriculture business and is an expert in all procedures. We specialize in citrus as that is about 95% of the crop we service. We strive to provide our farmers with a quality workforce that is necessary to ensure their crops are handled correctly so we can maximize our customers return.
Our Team
Family Owned and Operated Since 2015
Jaime has been with the team since 2015. Overlooking all admin work, accounting, payroll, and HR. Jaime is the go-to for anything in the backend of the company.
Mario is the CEO and FLC of the company. He is out on the field managing the day by day operations. Mario is in charge of foreseeing all employees and ensuring their safety and proper workplace enviroment.
Joana joined the team in the summer of 2018. Handling everything from Payroll, Media Inquiries, & other administrative work. Joana is the primary point of contact for service related issues and questions.
